We DO NOT accept returns OR exchanges on any product purchased from our retail partners nor any other 3rd party seller.

Purchases made during special promotional periods are FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE thus excluded from the regular priced item return policy, as stated below.
REGULAR PRICE RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. You must send back all original packaging including shoe boxes, dust bags, and tissue paper with your return. Failure to return items in original condition and/or to include the original packaging will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Any item(s) not received in new and resell able condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We will only provide ONE FREE prepaid label is provided for each order; therefore, all items must be returned in the same package using the same return label. Any additional return label(s) will result in a $15 per label return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not provide refunds or reimbursements for any costs related to expedited shipping and/or any carrier-related service fees such as printing a label, purchasing packaging materials, and/or pickup/drop off fees.
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
*Damaged/defective merchandise will be reviewed by our quality and production experts for credit consideration. Upon approval, credit will be issued.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To obtain a refund on REGULAR PRICE merchandise, or claim shipping damage on any order you must:
First obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from LISA*VICKY by telephone at 1-866-929-0555 or via e-mail at email@example.com
Once you have obtained an RMA number, use the adhesive shipping label attached to your packing list enclosed in your original shipping package to return your item to the appropriate location.
Be sure to indicate REASON FOR RETURN on the form attached to the label.
We do not offer exchanges so if you need a different size, or would like to purchase a different item, please place a new order through our website.
